I am a doctor of psychology and a cognitive neuroscientist who has a passion for improving the lives of my clients. My wellness work is deeply informed by my education about the human nervous system. The brain is a fascinating organ. It can teach us so much about ourselves, both in terms of our potential and limitations. It is also a beautiful reminder of our connection to the natural world.
Understanding how past learning has shaped our present experience, and shapes our expectations of the future, can add an immense amount of clarity to our ability to understand ourselves. My wellness practice is influenced by my understanding of trauma, predictive processing, autonomic processing, interoception, and decision making.
